Sensor cleaning

I have been reading an article in last weeks Amatuer Photographer mag about cleaning your camera's sensor. It is actually quite a subtle advert for the Eyelead Sensor Cleaning Stick. There are 2 kits to chose from. One with fluid in and one without. What are people using to clean their sensors, assu...

Hello Reaper, very nice set and great weather aswell. Were you at the official spotting area or somewhere further along the fence ? I am not familiar with Coningsby nowadays, and its on my list of places to go.

Re: COVID-19 UK

Its too cold to be bothered taking a 400 mile round trip to have a group hug on the beach, so people thought, I know, lets jump on the latest band wagon and walk through one of the Covid 19 hot spots, stand shoulder to shoulder, and if we catch the virus we'll blame somebody else.

Re: Question

The 6 on Saturday went with 3 KC135's. They would have saved time and fuel I think taking a more westerly heading instead of going up the east coast, but they have their reasons, perhaps they prefer to stay near the water in case of squirt tests etc.

Re: Car park

I'm sorry to hear about your experience raptor309. TBH i spotted the problem as soon as I approached on the main road. I know a lot of people like the forest entrance because of the light and top side shots, but i never go there normally. I went on the lane leading to the car park and parked nicely ...

Re: Todays movements

Just one to confirm for Friday 29th please if anyone can throw any light on it. There was a McGuire KC10 parked North of RWY 11 and a few hundred metres away from the tower, with steps up to it. I have deduced that this could have been 79-0434. But i don't want to guess wrong. Can anyone confirm/den...

Stay strong and stay focused Doug. Nice set of shots as always. While you have been producing those, Slogen has been busy in that forest at Lakenheath again. Lol.
I always enjoy seeing what has been passing through Prestwick.

You could try ajaviation.co.uk AKA the Aviation hobby shop near Heathrow. Its well worth phoning aswell because I don't think he puts everything on the website.
