Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2021 - General Discussion Thread
Think you are spot on, Plus they are saying people down to 18 will be offered the jab so any 20 odd's on here won't have 2 jabs by then, Also would part of the conditions of entry be that you have to show your vaccination card showing you have had both jabs, again wont be many people who could.

Re: First time visitor to HeliOps (Portland)
Nice set there Roger, Never know what's going to turn up there, had the Historic Helicopter's Wessex Mk5 in the other week. In the first one you got the old tower from the Osprey day's in the image. Nothing wrong with the roundabouts on the Dorchester Bypass according to the Council

Re: Canon lens shootout!
I also had the mk1 100-400. Never completely happy with the images although maybe because i needed to MA. Bought the mk2 last year really impressed. Would rather have a zoom than prime purely because it gives more flexibility when sometimes you are using a prime you just cant move even a few feet. M...

Superb selection of images. Always have wanted to go up there but the Drive from deepest Dorset is rather long and we save our long holidays (2 weeks) for Lesvos.

Yeovilton 25-6-2015
Just a few from a visit to Yeovilton Thursday. I did't get a Tornado through as there were for a few day's before. i did get a pair of Hawks from RAF Valley come in one of which had a bird strike i believe. Also visiting were a Cobham falcon and Merlin mk2 from Culdrose. An Army Lynx mk7 flew over a...
