Just had another look

Definitely looks grey not black to me , plus there is a roundel in the middle of the tail where the Marham Bull insignia should be. But it still could be ZG771 with a grey tail I suppose.
Ah, That is the gate guard they just removed,

Re: Tornado Gate Guard removed

There is a grey GR4 northside as viewed from the 24 end. It is a bit distant but does not seem to have the 'normal' tail code plus it has a rudder with four different types , a bit like ZG771 but in grey not black. Think it is ZG771 Fella, might of just been the light taht made it look Grey. Mark.

The Heritage centre is brilliant .Lots of aviation parts you can actually touch and get up close to.
People in there are great also with some superb stories to tell also.

Re: 48 Hour Readiness Exercise 11-13th Feb

It's hard to tell, because some of the more recent ones haven't necessarily seen such a large increase of sorties like the above comment. Also worth considering there will be "limited night flying" (https://www.lakenheath.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/2074063/48-hours-of-limited-night-flying-...

Re: P-8 Delivery Schedule

Boeing announced yesterday the temporary halting of 737 production in January, due to the ongoing 737 MAX grounding. The halt is for an unknown period but it seems likely to be for several months. Hence I suspect the delivery of our third P-8 onwards may be delayed. Think that is for the MAX Varian...
