It might be doing an aerial survey. Looked it up and it appears to have an opening in the bottom for a camera.

Dara is the name given to this particular Sea King, in honour of an Irish SAR pilot who sadly lost her life when her S-92 crashed whilst supporting a rescue mission back in 2017.
