Re: Israel and Iran plus USA bombs Iranian nuclear facilities

The length and planning for the mission seemed to be excellent, do you think it was more difficult to plan than the Vulcan raid on Port Stanley.? Technology is far better these days.

Re: Air Force Elite Thunderbirds

Thanks for the heads up, I really enjoyed the programme, it would be awesome in IMAX.
There were some great air to air shots, I like the Blue Angels more myself. Fly Navy. :)

Re: North Sea Shipping Incident

"I think we can discount this conspiricy theory. Its likley human error, either there was no one on the bridge of the Solong or as was suggested in an earlier post they were asleep. The weather was almost certainly a factor as well. " The conspiracy theory should not totally be discounted, apparentl...

Re: North Sea Shipping Incident

When you see the path of the other ship in the collision, has an act of terrorism been ruled out? A large ship at anchor full of jet fuel,a smaller ship full of chemicals on a direct path to the tanker? Of course in the real world it was probably just a case of the watchkeeper on the smaller vessel ...

Great set jason, a lot better than I ever did. Back in the day at El Centro you could stand right under the aircraft on the main runway but they closed the land around 1998.

Re: Red Arrows : Remaining Fatigue Life

US Navy must have plenty of spare T-45 Goshawks, I wouldn't have thought the airframes have had too much wear and tear.
After all, we helped the Blue Angels with Albert. :)

Re: A-10 action at the range

Great set. I spent many an hour there about 20 years ago. Another range I visited was Dare County Navy Range on the East coast. They got a T-34 to buzz the tower for me, and he was lower than me, with photos to prove it. :) Barry Goldwater range used to be easy to visit once you had been to Gila Ben...

For the RQ-4's departure from Fairford, would that have been 'piloted' from Creech AFB.?

I think the problem in this country is that non aviation folk haven't got a clue who or what the Blue Angels are.

I watched it last night, very good it is too. It would be better in IMAX if it comes to this country or if any members go to the USA for their holidays.

Re: Blue Angels IMAX trailer

I remember a few years ago "Red Flag" that never made it to the UK, so don't hold your breath. I have seen some Imax movies in Bangkok and they were stunning, probably because the screen was so huge, I went to see Top Gun Maverick in Imax at Nottingham and was disappointed with the Imax factor. I am...
