Re: Should elderly drivers be forced to re-sit their driving test?

Eye testing?? Every two years from pension age or have I (!) just been fortunate with the NHS.? As stated above, there is passing the two tests, then learning to drive safely and following the advisory code that gives guidance to “less stressful “ driving. My dream vehicle would be a new tractor uni...

Re: Jubilee Hawk

Morning, Glad that you like it. I am currently trolling through the archive and came across several of that year, including some when the Reds were based at RAF Cranwell. Bye the bye, due to Microsoft and the W7 dump, my Harrier snaps, previously on Photobucket, are being plonked on FlickrSmuMug. Al...

Hello Donald,

I noticed one of these over Lithuania on Monday, saw your images which were very useful. As I write I notice that one is up again as shown on ADSB.

Re: Ripped off photo's

I agree that stealing images is not acceptable but cannot see how it can be stopped as stated above. It seems to be part of life.

It isn’t a problem if the images are fuzzy...

Please let me know when anyone finds a solution that doesn’t cost a fortune

Re: More Chinooks to Iraq - The Times

Perhaps not in a C17, Chinooks fit into one of the cargo aircraft, ?C5? If not airlifted, surely they will not fly overland or will they go by sea?
Why do they suddenly need five, I wonder? No response needed, idle speculation on my part.

So please read C17s in place of C17. :S

Re: More Chinooks to Iraq - The Times

Off the top of my head.

Put the Chinooks in C17 and lift them to Bahrain, extract the troops then continue on to Australia

Umm

Just a thought. Perhaps they would be better utilised in south eastern Australia

Re: Should elderly drivers be forced to re-sit their driving test?

Sounds like a good idea.

Perhaps drivers on phones should be summarily shot; lorry drivers taught not to take several miles trying to overtake similar vehicles travelling in convoy.

And on and on...why pick on old people? Share your anger on the whole population of poor drivers.

Team snap. RIAT'14.

How do you shoot something like this?

I'm curious to hear ideas on camera setup.
