Re: Car park

And just for your information, I've never hit anybody and I don't read any newspaper - and I most certainly don't think my choice of paper gives me moral superiority over other people like some seem to.... But you believe that who someone votes for and the paper they read gives you moral superiorit...

Re: Car park

So based on your comment if an individual keeps coming close to you, you have to go home? Weak. I can only assume you read the Guardian and voted for Swinson. No I only read some of the rubbish that appears on FC. Physical encouragement which you are implying will happen is also an offence which ha...

Re: Car park

It's worth remembering that we aren't talking about personal space - we are talking about social distancing. A measure enforced by law to prevent transmission of a virus which for almost anyone *could* turn out to be fatal. If someone is about to violate your social distancing space and you ask them...

Re: Car park

What a stupid comment, ejecting someone by force would be an even greater breach of social distancing as you would be 0.00 metres away from individual. Just walk away if you are unhappy or better still stay at home then the problem will not arise. So based on your comment if an individual keeps com...

Re: Car park

Personally if I believe someone is going to enter "my social distancing area" they are asked not to do so.

If they persist in doing to they'd probably be ejected from it with force I'm afraid.

Personally I'd vote for the Mark IV with the 1296 cc inline-four cylinder engine.

Re: Spotting during the pandemic

I agree guys - it has become beyond a joke. How do people like Boris, and Drakeford down here in Wales expect us to operate a proper and reliable littering service under these circumstances? The distance between home and Lakenheath means at best I have 3 or 4 occasions a year to distribute my garbag...

All lovely shots! Thanks for sharing!

Should have just spent a week up there but sadly with the lock down it seems that's not gonna happen any time soon!

Re: COVID-19 UK

Hold on ! I have been miss quoted in Alfs post above - I didn't say anything of that :) - problem with cut and paste. My position is that whether he broke the rules or not to protect his child the Media are spending too much time on it when we are in the middle of a pandemic. I don't care what happ...

Re: COVID-19 UK

The sad thing is all politicians should be focused on the British public and getting it through the COVID-19 epidemic as quickly and painlessly as possible. It is totally typical of a 'Left' who have nothing useful to contribute to the conversation, and know the public don't much care for them at th...

Hmmm I was gonna meet up with Dave934 for a pint but having heard about the pink chair I'm not so sure now!

Dave, will you be using a pink chair logo as branding on your litter for LN?

Re: COVID-19 UK

Slogan, if you do go to Lakenheath, it will be interesting to hear if you get any 'advice' from the police (or base security) while you are there, or are simply told to go home. It's already being reported that the Police Federation has urgently requested 'clarification' as to what constitutes acce...

My mental health cannot take being cooped up any longer.
Under current regulations, no one is 'cooped up' unless they are in quarantine.

Re: COVID-19 UK

"Schools return. It’s got to start somewhere. Children are highly unlikely to be carriers or suffer from the disease. In terms of organisation. A single form entry school will have 7 full time teachers, 5-7 teaching assistants, at least 7 classrooms, a hall which can be split in too. So 90 children...

Re: RAF/USAFE Flying

I suspect the amount of A400 training we have seen is in case they have to move COVID-19 patients between areas of the country where intensive care beds are available, or perhaps they have to move PPE etc around the UK.
