A regular stop for us on our trips, this location rarely failed to produce some action. Aside from that there are plenty of assorted other, (winged) birds to watch, from waders and pelicans to raptors. All in all a great spotting spot, and anyway we always loved San Diego! We rarely missed a chance to look in at this field, and although there is not the variety of old, still worth a visit. Like a number of US bases, the back ground is always a nice bonus in some images. Only a few shots in this visit, so little chance of viewers getting bored! Regards as ever, Gordon....
