Ok not one I am familiar with but a quick squint on the net tells me it is better than a cheap point and shoot.

As others have said if you could give us an idea of the gear and settings we could perhaps help but all the exif data has been stripped from the files. For example if you are using a point and shoot I found they are really best for stuff on the ground and pretty close at that. If you are using a dsl...

Any contractor will be in it for the money and will intend making a tidy profit. Any procurement they make will be profit lead and more than likely any contracts will be given to companies that are more than likely owned by interested parties within the GoCo, pretty much a 'job's for the boy's' typ...
