Re: F35 Diversion 7/10

Small edit Its actually a first for any UK RAF active base even though its Kinloss Barracks, no UK based RAF F35 has ever landed and remained at an active UK airfield except Marham until now. One did go to Lakenheath for a photo shoot last year I recall. The Fairford visitor was US based (and will ...

Link above would seem to suggest the 95th RS will move to Fairford as previously planned.
95th RS is an ACC lodger unit at Mildenhall, not a unit directly-ish managed by EUCOM.
So it is, my apologies.

Re: Duxford Battle Of Britian Airshow 2020 (Wishlist)

In light of Goodwood being cancelled (with just 4000 spectators) and also test audience events at the cricket this month can anyone honestly see the Duxford show going ahead? I just cannot see it personally. The two events you refer to were cancelled because of the two week delay imposed on lifting...

Spitfire look at the USAF news section big topic in there. They had a big press conference.
The closure of Mildenhall wasn't specifically mentioned, the only reference was that the 100th ARW & 352nd SOG would be remaining in the UK.

However, I'd say it's a fair bet they'll remain at Mildenhall.
