Re: COVID-19 UK

Long queues also at IKEA - it's madness but perhaps people are rationalising that they are back at work perhaps in an office Monday to Friday so a couple of hours at IKEA won't make a material difference to their personal risk? The crowds at the black lives matter protests are a bit scary from an in...

Re: Jurassic Coast beach crowds 'showed shocking disregard for area'

Jeremy Hunt is part of the government - a former Health secretary. I think the criticism is a little unfair - It's not Government policy to slow up tests so the results is not turned around in 24 hours - I am confident they are trying to achieve the target. You might accuse them of being incompetent...

Re: Jurassic Coast beach crowds 'showed shocking disregard for area'

My 'pet' hate is plastic bags of dog **** left hanging for eternity in hedgerows. At Heathrow visitor center a few years back a couple of 'kids' left their coffee cups on the carpark floor as they drove out - I quickly picked up the cups and threw them through the drivers window as they swung past -...

Re: COVID-19 UK

Went to Swaffham Tescos this morning to top up on grape and grain treatments - I was really impressed as there was plenty for room and staff available to guide people around - no problems. Also went to a car sales room as my partner has decided she needs a new car and later a garden centre again all...

Re: COVID-19 UK

We are on a new sound bite

We've had ramping up - we are ramping up test , ramping up PPE deliveries etc

Now it is modest steps - we are taking modest steps forward

Hopefully the next phrase won't be small step back - we are taking a small step back to regain control of the R !

89-0506 the name looked like phoenix to me but the last letter looked like N and the E is questionable? It could be some private meaning or a www wrestler !

Although the artwork does look like a mythical bird / phoenix

Re: COVID-19 UK

That is a useful site thanks It is not only the government. We need to take responsibility for our own actions. Quite a few people appear to have a very cavalier attitude to social distancing. No problem with going out but try to stay away from popular spots such as beaches - they will still be ther...

Very disappointing. You kind of hoped there was more common sense in England but we are a bit crap sometimes.

Re: COVID-19 UK

I am not suggesting specific details just some group analysis by occupation etc I looked at the form - part 1 just asked for name , email , ni number. I don't want to waste resources by continuing to part 2 so I don't know if there are any other questions. I was hoping someone on here had been teste...
