KC-46A at Boeing

Post by Boxhill Bob » Thu Sep 06, 2018 11:06 pm

Hi
With the first KC-46A supposed to be delivered to USAF next month and after a Cruise to Alaska we positioned to Seattle to fly home
So it would be wrong not to go to Everett to see the lines of KC-46s. Boeing have now built 40 of these and saw 31
These will be turning up in the Hall soon I guess and will look much better with squadron marks

I guess these will be a regular sight in Europe in a couple of years, never replace the KC135’s though in my eyes. Interesting post though :thumb:

Nice to see - really need to get out there some day.

Looking forward to seeing these in Mildenhall, hopefully.

Nice type but agree with Dragonchaser above, KC135 is hard to beat and still loads left to see
Best regards,
Paul

It was surprising how many there were at Kings Field and Paine Field when i was there at the start of August.
It'll be an interesting sight to see them with the KC135s in the same place.
