I suffered the same fate with a recent, and probably all my previous postings (haven't checked yet).

I've switched to Flickr and hope to redo my previous posts as and when.

Hope you get something sorted as I really enjoyed this thread.

Cheers Steve

Well after the ransom demand from PB ,I swopped to Imgur.I must say it is much easier to use than PB ,so here goes.

Nice memories Rodders,

The Tornado is 65 Sqn/229 OCU in the good old days of shadow Squadrons for conversion units.

Hi Rodders :P

You had me totally flabbergasted there :O

When you said you had had a ransom note from 'PB', I thought you meant me :(

A lot of peeps on here just call me 'PB' rather than 'Paddyboy'

I then sussed that you meant 'Photobucket'

I had many probs with them, so always call them 'Photofu@kit' :grr:

Thanks for yet more gorgeous little Northrop pics :Wow:

In 1991 a buddy of mine was stationed at RAF Linton-on-Ouse,and he was put in charge of the station museum. He asked to make a model of a Lancaster X ,as he did not have one in the collection.I duly built the 48th Lanc and took it to Linton. Before I went on the base I was able take these photos,I was unable to take any pics while on the base, but I did have go in the Tucano simulator.

I wonder if our Dominie and Jetsteam are in that flypast from Finningley oh how I miss the long gone halcyon days of our once proud forces and the multitude of types once operated in the defence of the realm :(
