Hi just heard on the local radio station that Dawlish airshow 2017 has been cancelled due to funding.

Seems the organisers were not happy that Teignbridge council could find £149,000 to help fund the Radio 1's Big Weekend in Exeter this year, which didn't directly benefit the local area, whereas nothing significant could be found for the airshow which attracts 100,000 people to the Dawlish.
