I am thinking of going to Coningsby next tuesday 18th.
Could some kind person please explain the Notam - Will the base be closed ?

The NOTAM implies that:-

1.) Monday 17th to Thursday 20th, the aerodrome will open at 09.30BST
2.) Friday 21st, the aerodrome will open at 09.30BST and will close at 15.30BST.
