Believe there is going to be a secure designated area for spotters. The mound probably.

Someone goes to the trouble of posting the info here i.e. what day and what time and then two people ask what day and what time :-(

If driving, most logical route would be to follow A71 to Kilmarnock, then on to Prestwick, it's signposted. Worth checking https://trafficscotland.org/ for any road issues.
The regulars who post on these forums (Thanks Guys) are usually quite hot when it comes to local restrictions, so check here too. Scotrail run services from Edinburgh to Ayr, railway station is within walking distance, and assuming place will be busy, getting the train would probably be a safe bet.

Timings = www.realtimetrains.co.uk/search/advance ... wtt&toc=SR

NOTAM saying timings are

"FROM: 13 Jul 2018 18:00 GMT (19:00 BST) TO: 13 Jul 2018 21:00 GMT (22:00 BST) "

Hope this helps

If parking isn’t allowed at The Mound, where will it be?

Except for the single VH-60 currently at Prestwick are we to expect any further -60’s or indeed MV-22’s in connection?
