Re: Breaking News Westminister security incident
I've heard a man drove a car into pedestrians then tried to stab a poilceman. He was shot and I think killed, at l;east one woman dead.
In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

Re: Breaking News Westminister security incident
Interesting that the Islamic State group have not yet claimed responsibility. I have to admit that when I first heard of the news I thought it might be an IRA related incident following the death of McGuinness and the attempted killing of police officers in Northern Ireland the day before. Time will tell but nonetheless a terrible day.

Re: Breaking News Westminister security incident
I think there is something just a little to convenient about all these acts of "terror" I do not see how someone - anyone could mow down then go on to knife someone in pre-meditated cold blood, with the planned intention to do so, I think they would surely have to be under a contolling influence that shuts them off from reasoning and humanity, aka - hipnosis, anyone remember that program on tv last year I think, was a show with Derren Brown he got folk under deep hynosis to attempt strange things.
Could something like this not be a more rational reason why individuls have done such barbaric acts against inocent folk.
Just a thought folks.

Terrible. And there's many more of these evil people waiting in the wings for their chance - just as we've seen throughout Europe.Blackcat1 wrote:Reports saying he was a known hate preacher. Terrible news, poor people, words fail me how people can do this. Monsters!!

Attacker now named.
"The man police believe to be responsible for the terrorist attack in Westminster has been formally identified as Khalid Masood, Scotland Yard says.
Masood, aged 52, was born in Kent and detectives believe he was most recently living in the West Midlands.
Masood was not the subject of any current investigations and there was no prior intelligence about his intent to mount a terrorist attack, police say.
However, he was known to the police and had a range of previous convictions for assaults, including GBH, possession of offensive weapons and public order offences.
He has not been convicted of any terrorism offences."
