Hi all
I'm looking to purchase a new scanner aerial.
Which is the best one to get?
I was thinking the Watson super gainer? But has anyone else any advice please
cheers Rich

The Watson wsma 889 is also very good - it made a big difference to my ICOM R5 and DJ-X11
It's telescopic and pivots so fit nicely in a small space.

Watson 801 is defo a great choice, as is the 881
They both make a difference over the standard rubber ducks usually supplied with any hand-held scanner

I can recommend the Diamond D-777 if you want to plug in some coax with something 'decent' on the end for when you're at home. Any scanner is only as good as the antenna.
