Flightradar24 Android cost?
Flightradar24 Android cost?
Does anyone know what the time period is when you buy this app? Is it £2.49 per month/year? It's not for me, but someone I know who has just bought a cheap PAYG smartphone on EE. Would it be expensive to use? He has no internet or credit cards.

Flightradar24 Premium is £2.99 a month and and gives you a few extras (app/dep boards, custom icons/alerts) for the app and for the desktop version.
Flightradar24 Pro is a standalone one-off cost of £2.99 last time I checked, and does everything the above does except the "extras" are extra on top of the £2.99. There is no recurring payment for the Pro version.

Re: Flightradar24 Android cost?
Thanks for the info. It's confusing, there's a free version with adverts, a Pro, a Premium and in-app purchases whatever they do. The reviews say the app is getting worse with every update, I'm not sure if I can recommend he buys it.
Re: Flightradar24 Android cost?
The free version is in a delay mode of around 30 seconds to a minute (IMMSC) which can be a bit confusing if you're on the flightline to a big Airport like Manchester!!
I payed 99p a few weeks back on a special offer I received.

There's no delay from what I've seen, the only problems with the free version is the advert (which you can delete after 20 seconds) and having to refresh it every 30 minutes when it times out.beefsteak wrote:The free version is in a delay mode of around 30 seconds to a minute (IMMSC) which can be a bit confusing if you're on the flightline to a big Airport like Manchester!!

I was talking about the free App for android, as per the title of the topic!
If you put adblock on your system it removes the adverts for you. You still have to refresh after 30 minutes though.
