Mid morning (I was digging my garden so don't know what time), white Augusta 109 came from the South West and landed at Leconfield. Departed at 1450 using C/S Ascot 1446 and departed to the South West.
Hope its not a bearer of bad news again as I have seen it all before on occasions whilst I have been at work when they land and then a passenger drives off in a car to return later, one time it was to go tell a work colleague that his son had been killed in Afghanistan back in 2007
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....
Ascot 1446
Re: Ascot 1446
It was still on the ground at 1422, they were just asking for clearance at that time and taxying, unless your friend saw it mid morning approaching Leconfield from South West or on the ground during the day but its long gone now.
In fact I was just getting a bit confused with timings, but posts are showing up as GMT and not summer time. So the times I reported it are BST
