Be aware that 05-5141 doesn't use its correct hex and always uses the one for 05-5151 (AE1455).
Similarly, 03-3126 doesn't use its own hex (AE1237) and always uses that for 03-3119 (AE119C).
These two pairs are the best known dual usage examples and, I think, the only two involving C-17s. Often highlighted in the RCH section.

I had seen a discussion thread somewhere about dual hex examples and it probably was the RCH section.
When I was checking previous reports for the real 05-5151 it looks like it is based at Hickam and has an HH tail code as distinct from the recent photo for 5141 which has the red/yellow fin band for March AFB. The common denominator is the same mode S for '5151.
I will have to unravel my sighings or the other dual C17's also mentioned as well.
