A bit confused, I thought RCH719 had his gander clearance around 16z yesterday? That should have put him into PIK around 2100 last night.

What time did the other RCH980 arrive?

It belongs to Phoenix Aviation US Civil N163PA.They operate Government/Military/Medevac Missions etc.
