RRR is "Ascot" always has been since it changed from "RR" (well at least for the 45+ years that I've been a raving enthsiast ..... since the late 60s I suppose at St.Athan Airshows with my Dad).
Those were the days!!!! Red Arrows Gnats, Lightnings, Hunters, Sea Vixens etc and started "spotting" early 70s at Rhoose as well.
My parents house in Wales was right underneath final at St.Athan and I'd spend all day up an old tree watching

RCH is "Reach" on the rt, just the same with CFC, BAF, KAF etc.

I'm having fun reporting... thanks, but can be away from home a lot so will miss lots too
