A single Apache was noted over Galashiels at 14.40 and also over Edinburgh at 15.00 heading North, callsign was AAC433 and serial (according to SBS) was ZJ200.

I hope this helps and thanks to Scotavnet but don't forget that there may be more than one in the area !
This season, I'll be mostly wearing........A THONG!

Was this the same machine that was seen heading South around Inverkeithing just before 8pm last night?

Saw the Northbound one go over South Gyle then the Bridges yesterday afternoon.

Can't confirm for definite but chances are it was (unless there are a few skulking about up here just now?). If it was the same aircraft and it was returning home the crew must've had a bit of an epic day - numb butts for sure!

What direction was it heading?

I saw one tonight at 19.27 overhead the Carricknowe area of Edinburgh heading South.
