Left at 16.40 still on ground. I thought I may have seen a single come in before the others but couldn't see it from fence.

Hi folks,

3 x 1(F)Sqn Typhoons diverted in to Leuchars due to the Runway Black situation at Lossiemouth earlier this afternoon.

14.47 Jedi 21 land.
15.02 Psycho 31 land.
15.03 Psycho 32 land.

All backtracked and parked on the Eastern ORP before being refuelled.

The plan was to depart soon after as Psycho 41, 42, 43 but nothing heard since around 4pm.

19.59 Psycho 41, 42 depart.
20.00 Psycho 43 depart.

Aircraft taking off now; engines fired up for a good while. I'm in St Andrews and the noise was loud here, must be the clear and very cold night !!
