evening all, spent from around 10;30am until around 14;15 watching
the coming and goings of the airfield, runway 23 in use until swapping
to 05 just after 1pm :( , that's me preparing to go home then !!!

noted were ;-

visitors = me :D

based Typhoons

with 1(F) Sqn were ;-

ZK344 / 344 'active pm '
ZK319 / 319 'active pm '

with II(AC) Sqn were ;-

ZJ950 / 950 ' active am + pm '
ZK424 / 424 ' active am + pm '
ZK378 / 378 ' active am + pm '

with 6 Sqn were ;-

ZK332 / 332 ' active am + pm '
ZK302 / 302 ' active am + pm '
ZK362 / 362 ' active am + pm ' ….. now in full 6 Sqn marks
ZK333 / 333 ' active am + pm '
ZK369 / 369
ZJ919 / 919

req ............ a Hercules flew over the 05 centre line at around 3,000 heading
due North at 13;23ish, anyone catch a serial please ?

Mark, I think it was Jedi11 (ZK319) that returned this afternoon on a 7700 squalk but I missed the details on the scanner. Landed on 05.

Jedi 12 (ZK344) was the PAN, his slats were locked forward on his wings. Streamed chute on landing.
