Good log Al, to add to your list Typhoon ZK347/347 was towed from Q to 6 Sqn
Merlin ZH843 was coded 88 on its nose, and ZH861 had HMS Northumberland on its nose

Al
Rather than just active joint warrior stuff wouldn't it be better
to list all aircraft present so people know what's still about

Only listed A/c that I saw from 05 and did not go to 23 end during my visit. Understand 2 P8s , CP-140 and ATL2 were likely to be on the field so if anyone saw these additional they can update log for today.

Can anyone confirm if both USN MH-60'S are still here at Lossie.
Cheers Ronnie.
Cheers Ronnie.
Re: Log Lossiemouth - Monday- 30/4/18
I'm afraid the USN MH-60s departed to Wick on Friday and later onwards to their ships.
To add to your log before 10:30 Al:
4 Atlantique II FN Flotille 21F "Ulysses 49" Dep 03:20(ish) Rtn 09:38
3299 'Ulabrand' P-3C RNoAF "Warhorse 30" Dep 08:33
ZK344/344 Typhoon RAF Unmarked "Jedi 11" Dep 10:20
ZK337/337 Typhoon RAF 2 Sqn "Jedi 12" Dep 10:20
ZK368/368 Typhoon RAF 2 Sqn "Spartan 1" Dep 10:20 ( I guess these 3 must have combined into a 3 ship and changed c/s for their return)
ZK378/- Typhoon RAF Unmarked "Spartan 2" US Exchange pilot - Issues with the jet, failed to depart 2 Sqn line.
ZK314/314 Typhoon RAF 6 Sqn "?????" Dep 10:22
ZK351/351 Typhoon RAF Unmarked - Towed from 2 Sqn to Northern HAS around 09:30
To my surprise I made 3 Typhoons this morning before a day out in the highlands, a shame I wasn't there to see ZK347 towed across as thats another I need! I guess this was a jet swap with ZK351 for QRA?
Currently out on the line under the floodlights tonight are 314, 336 & 344. One of which was doing engine runs around 22:30!
