Heading To Lossie Next Week

Shall be spending next week at Silver Sands, family get away but hoping to get some spotting in.
Never been before any must know info ? Is Silver Sanrds a good place to see activity from?

Hi Kris Silver Sand Holiday park is within a Quarter of a Mile of Runway 23 at the North end of the airfield just a 15 minute walk from the site you will see cars parked along by the side of the Moray Golf course their is enthusiasts there most days come and say hi.

Hi Bill many thanks for your reply, I will try and get along as many times as I can. Although wife & daughter will have other plans no doubt lol.

Any recomendations on focal length ?

As Bill has said Kris the RW 23 end tends to be used the most and going along the rough road adjacent to the golf course takes you very close to "the action". A 75- 300mm lens would be good for most shots here.
