Re: Wildcats sun4/2/18
Hi Colin, how you doing ? Two Wildcats flew very low over the hallowed
turf of Galabank ( Annan Athletic) as a match was taking place yesterday
around 2.15 pm. They were on a north westerly track which would take
them above the Prestwick area , in my opinion.
Although Carlisle is closed to fixed wing traffic at the moment, it is still
available for refuelling helicopters and I would suggest they came out of there .
However, two Widcats passed over southbound last week and refuelled at Warton.
I have perused the forums of the likely suspects to try to track them down but
as yet no/one has reported this movement.
I’m up the road today and I will cast an eye over the fence at Leuchars ( as we
did many times) though I’m not hopeful.
Hope you are ok pal, take care.

Hi All,
Wildcats did indeed refuel at Carlisle yesterday lunchtime.
There was an Oshkosh tanker plus refuel crew there for them to fuel from.
Didn't get serials I'm afraid.
Hope this helps
