Post by typhoon4 » Sat Aug 05, 2017 10:22 am

Heading south from Inverness yesterday afternoon 2 x singleto F18s passed over about 15mins apart, surprised it hasn't been mentioned already, 1 has just gone passed heading south/west about 15mins ago, can anybody tell me what's going on?

Regards
Iain.

Was it a flypast only or did they recover to Lossie?

Shame they couldn't have been around at 7.30pm for a Flypast over Edinburgh Castle. Now that would have been something for the Tattoo Organisers.

Seen 2 x F18s over Loch Sunart about lunchtime. Very low! Pretty slow though!

Are you sure they were 2 F-18s? 2 Hawk T.2 operating from Lossie performed a Flypast over Edinburgh Castle earlier so it might have been them?..........
