another pair Omani Hawks on delivery Mon 25/9/17

"WTN(Tarnish) 08A/B" ZB126/RAFO164(OM004) & ZB123/RAFO161(OM001) respectively departed rwy07 Warton at 1020L on first leg to Oman (first fuelstop at Bari?). Weather atrocious (mist/drizzle) with caravan at 25 end but departed west to east after wind check.

Only 4 more to go of this Mk166 order.

Update: Looks like they are now in the descent for Lyon Saint Exupery for 1st refuelling stop. They each have underwing tanks and centreline "conformal" tank (effectively combined fuel tank and ferry pod).
Update Tues 26/9: Appears they nightstopped at Bari departing 0901BST. Currently in cruise FL310 Squawk 3753; passed over Astypalaia Island off Greek mainland at 1009BST. Presume next stop Cyprus? Not Crete this time by looks of it.
