BAE plc has extensive operations in the US - mainly the old pre-merger GEC Marconi businesses - the NA amr used to be (and may still be) referred to as BAE Systems Inc. Even within the UK, there is a lot more to BAE than Warton / Samlelsbury - or the wider aircraft parts of the business e.g. Tanks and other army stuff in Newcastle and Telford.
