Operational Log for July, 2016

Post by johnhowe » Fri Jul 01, 2016 4:30 pm

Log for 1st, July, 2016 I missed the early morning Typhoon practise but managed to catch the lunchtime one. Tarnish 5 taxied out in Typhoon ZK 303 coded AX he lined up on 07 and with the EJ 200s on afterburner had rotated within seconds with a right hand turn straight into his display I enjoy the sound of jet engines especially in the confined space that Warton aerodrome allows, after a few minutes Tarnish 5 flew a low level approach into 07 & commenced his display routine for R.I.A.T.

I note there are a number atmospheric photos of the display routine by out resident photographers all up to their usual standard, well done gentlemen.
