I think it is highly unlikely to be a 'display' as such - there might be a practise of a demo flight or such a demo itself. What's the source of your info?

A friend who works at Warton tells me that the only machine on the flying programme is IPA1 (ZJ699)

I believe two Hawks came from Valley (possibly the Role Demo pair) but cancelled display due to weather.

I too managed to see the C-17 yesterday afternoon - byt the time I managed to contact my mate it had already left.
There was an RAF 146 (ZE707) in this morning for George Osbourne's visit.

Just to let you guys know there is a Air Display next Tue/Wed (28/29) at Warton from the Hawk T2 Role Demo Team.
This is a full display as seen at RIAT last weekend, however there will be no Pyros.

I have got this information off the actual pilots themselves, they said to keep an eye on Twitter for update regarding times etc.

Thanks,

Christian
