Hawk gate guard

Post by tm74sqn » Mon Apr 24, 2017 4:34 pm

Does anyone have details of previous identities of the Hawk that was on display at the Brough main gate until at least August 2015? Is it still there? If not, what has happened to it since then?

I thought that it was a Hawk Mk.53 ex ZK534, ex Indonesian AF LL-5313 - but I've seen another source that gives it as ex LL-5319.
Help!

Its based on LL-5313, this one was never allocated a UK Serial. It was still there late last year, dressed up as a mk120.

ZK534 (ex LL-5319) was at Brough in use for GI, departed to Everrett Aero in 2013 and has recently moved to St Athan with a company there.
