More Chinooks?

Post by Yorkshire82 » Mon Jul 30, 2018 4:50 pm

Have seen two Chinooks operating from Linton today. Another exercise or just for one day? Either way it`s nice!

HC4 ZA670 was showing this morning as ALIEN 1 and then this afternoon as KUKURI 1 inbound back to Linton c17:50 .

Not sure where these two are operating from but both HC5 ZH904 and HC6 ZK561 were taking part in Ex Typhoon Warrior at Eshott in Northumberland today .

They have had a busy today. Out first thing, then back to Linton for a quick re-fuel. Out again around 1pm-ish and one returned 15 mins or so before KUKURI 1. Over 4 hours the PM sortie.
