Nine ship Tucano this morning

Post by grey » Fri Nov 04, 2016 9:58 am

They're doing a nine-ship Tucano as I type (9.55am) and there have been a few more than usual fast jet passes (can't see those). Don't know if the Tucs are practising for a Remembrance Day Flypast or if there's something else on.

Just sayin.... :)

The formation was in connection with a Graduation Ceremony. Between 9:25 and 11:30 the following were logged.

ZK035/Z BAE HAWK
ZK451/K BEECHCRAFT KING AIR 200
G-BYVJ, G-BYWA, G-BYWV Grob G.115E
ZZ191 HAWKER HUNTER
(ZA588?)/056 PANAVIA TORNADO
ZF171, ZF204, ZF205, ZF239, ZF244, ZF264, ZF295, ZF338, ZF339, ZF378, ZF417, ZF491, ZF512, ZF515 SHORT TUCANO
Plus an unidentified EUROFIGHTER (believed to be ZK351/DU) and 100 Sqdn BAE HAWK T1

There were several photographers around, some of whom may be on the forum and able to clarify the unidentified ones.

Thanks for that cjhpock. I had wondered, but it seemed too close to the previous graduation.
