Log Linton 30 March

Post by Mikepaparomeo » Wed Mar 30, 2016 8:54 pm

Called in on the off-chance that the one and only Tucano that I need might be there. Sadly not. Only ZF243, 269 and 343 on the apron at around 4pm. Bonus however was two FrAF Alphajets, E11 code not noted and E41/705-RA. Both being refuelled so n/s unlikely. Hawk T.1A XX329/CJ 100 Sqn did an o/s whilst I was doing a u-turn in a field entrance off Linton Woods Lane and getting stuck in the mud in the process. Not my most productive afternoon!

E11 was coded 705-UB in February when it visited the UK.

May the skies be clear and blue and the wind fair with a guiding star to steer by.
