Presuming they're all outside, can they be seen in the northern HAS site? Need 8 out of 9, so might have to take a trip up Monday afternoon after Waddington!

I left at 1530, only the Spanish Typhoons and the two-seat Polish F16 (4079) left outside. The rest are inside the shelters.

The Spanish are easily seen from the viewing enclosure (outside HASs in northern HAS site). The F16D can be seen by travelling up a farm track on the Northallerton road.

If you travel up the track as far as you can go, then the F16 can be seen (and read off) tail on.

The Spanish Casa was still in when I left but the crew were loitering about.

Enjoy

Hoping to get up Monday afternoon after Waddington - are there any vantage points at the end of either runway?

Jonhboro13- I'll be on the look out for you then, don't think I'll miss the car ;)
ChrisGlobe- Here: http://www.pb-photos.com/Images/Aviatio ... eeming.pdf Hopefully if the wind is in the right direction they'll be landing on runway 16 over the waterworks. This is by far the best place in my opinion on the airfield to get close to the aircraft. The only trouble is the sun isn't always in the right place and you have to venture into the field to get the sun on them. Send me a PM if you want better directions? :)

Do you need ladders at Leeming? Might pop over later in the day or maybe later in the week.

Thanks for Herc departure times. Are they local or zulu? Not gone to Waddo arrivals so may pop up.

PR9 , the Herc departure times were for last Friday , 5th . As far as I know this morning saw a Spanish CN295 and a Belgian ERJ-135 land but I'm not sure if they are both still there ?

Ah, my mistake. I'm in the viewing area and the ERJ-135 has departed. CASA still on the ground. Belgians have been out and returned, x2 Poles just gone out. Plenty of Hawk activity and a Spanish Typhoon started as I type.
