I guess flying has commenced at Wittering with a tutor chucking itself about in the sky...

Rather late but there were 3 vics of 3 a/c in formation with one flying around the formation (a happy snapper?) last week. The formation was on very long finals, over Glinton, just north of Peterborough heading for Wittering.

Better than nothing, good luck to the Station in its new role. :D

5AEFs move to Wittering is moving ahead nicely; their AEF allocations shows them flying out of Wittering from mid Feb 15.

Let us hope that some of the front line aircraft will make an occasional visit as encouragement for those on the start of a fun time.

(Purely a selfish thought, of course).
