A busy Summer of air displays at the closed RAF Cottesmore!

Its been very nice to see plenty of flying still over RAF Cottesmore this summer because since June there has been 3 Vulcan displays, a Team Viper display and if i remember correctly a spitfire display.

Just shows the free airspace can be put in good use :thumb:

Hawk also did some stuff before going onto Wittering Families days

Thanks, hope for another practice display by the Vulcan over cottesmore when this Hydrolic problem is fixed, thats if its before the end of season.

No problem it came in after the Vulcan, long story but that afternoon chasing the Vulcan was like chasing a rainbow :'(

Agreed i was in my village just past RAF Cottesmore when the Vulcan displayed, then by the time i left and got to Wittering the Vulcan had been and the Hawk was landing :Oops:
