STRIKER 10..... for the block 100 to 190 he is going to do some GH and is the whip by the sounds of it.


Lots more chatter on 1Sqn ops sounds like another 5 ready for take of now have 2 flights 1 x 4 ninja and 1 x 4 psycho going to flight level 100

i believe that if they do not get all the jets up today then tomorrow will be scrubbed??

He came out of Wittering as a singleton about 10 minutes before the rest. He was talking to 1Sqn Ops and air 2 air with Kestrel Flt lead about the weather at each airfield they flew over. I also believe the boss was the flight lead and an old Coningsby boy to.

Psycho 1 should have been the first aircraft to launch, though his wingman went u/s and changed aircraft - did he change calls or was "Striker 10" a mis-hearing? The aircraft out of WIT should have been COT 06Y on an airtest and nothing to do with the practice....

Confirming what Karl said, the jet, tail 91, was the GR.9 that couldn't make the move to COT on the final Wittering day after going u/s.
