If its closed today and with more of the white stuff on the cards for the rest of the week,
the tempeture not due to lift much over the whole of this week and beyond, expect no flying this week if they have no snow removal gear.

what next weeks weather will bring is anyones guess,
the temps will have to rise to clear what's allready fallen plus about to fall for the rest of the week.

Funny how they used to operate so easy out in Germany for many years in all weathers.

I've just been advised that the flying programme has, as things stand, been scrubbed for the whole week.

Well here's hoping that the weather clears for next week as i plan to visit for a couple of days. Hopefully more flying then if this week has been scrubbed Karl.

I'm sure a bit of hover-taxiing would give both an effective clearance, valuable white-out training and, oh yes, some interesting photos... :pop:

Looks like i can forget tomorrow then! :grr: damn weather! next time i can get up there is the 13th- 19th but in view of the final day of flying being on the 15th its gonna be busy and the weather better be cleared by then or im gonna :grr:
