Believed to be LARS (Lower Airspace Radar) from a different thread.

It's the new LARS frequency that us puddle jumpers use when in their area. It replaces the good old 127.350 wef 3/10/16.

127.35 used to get a lot of breakthrough from another unit sharing the frequency quite a long way away, hence the change.
