Noted this afternoon between 13.55 and 14.35 during a brief visit on the way home from Leeds:
Shadow R.1s ZZ417, ZZ418, ZZ419 and ZZ504 - all towed out of the hangar, three of them to join the all-white trainer (G-LBSB?) on the flightline. The first two performed engine runs and then shut down again. The fouth aircraft, ZZ419, was pulled just outside the hangar and the engine covers were removed. The sole remaining occupant of the hangar when I left was Sentinel R.1 ZJ690. (Left-most large hangar when viewd from the pull-in at the junction of the A17 and a minor road opposite the base).

At one point there were no less than 11 King Air variants on the flightline - quite an impressive sight. 45(R) Sqn King Airs ZK459/X and ZK460/U were flying as were half a dozen tutors - registrations available off list if anyone requires them.
