Am I reading this right - 22nd to 25th they'll start flying from 1200hours, closed before that from 0800?

Yes you are, planned night flying has a later opening time for the Base. So airfield is closed until noon this week. Don't expect bang on twelve everyman and his dog to go up, it all depends on who's night flying.
