Well done Captain,

Shortly after your departure, Wokka Wokka Vortex469 delighted us as she came in for the refuel.

Your Lossie gave us the airbrake wave as he taxied by at 16.45 for a standard departure, own nav rtb.

All 4 Chaos flight returned, and after a bit of confusion as to who goes where took the hot-pit ready for next 323 complex trip.

See you again soon.

Good one as always

The Chinook was reported on Coningsby spotters (via ADS) as ZD982.
But on Milky's site as ZD984.
I will go with the old fashion eyeball, that is Milky's way of doing it.
As we have seen the Hex codes are suspect

Pete,

ZD982 has been operating this week with 18 Sqn

ZD984 is in bits at Boscombe Down undergoing modification to Mk6 standard.

Agree that hex codes are suspect, however so is the Mk1 eyeball 😉
