I was lucky enough to get a space and now waiting further instructions, but I understand that the spaces have already been filled and they are now adding people to a reserve list.

I paid £50 last year for this event. THE best £50 I have ever spent, getting some unique shots of Pinky and other aircraft, closeness to the jets and other benefits. Plus, I took well over 400 shots...

It's not exactly right to call everyone mugs either...But hey, you can't please everyone!

Are 617 due to have most of their F-35B at Marham by then - could be money well spent ?

That was my thinking,think some will be there and the cross runway would probably be in use by then and the main runway shut.
Might afford some different kind of images.

Possibly not, during a visit last year they indicated it's likely they come in dribs and drabs. As low as 4 has been mentioned for the first arrival. You'd expect them to make a big deal with the arrival so would hope more than 4.

The RAF have 14? With a new jet arriving every 2 to 3 months. So in theory should have 16 by June. Some with no doubt stay with 17(R) (min 3?) and OCU (again min3?) . That would put a maximum of 10 available to relocate
