Potential roadrunner for tomorrow:

ZA459 (025) currently outside on Alpha dispersal being loaded onto a low loader...due for Cosford.

025 is now at Cosford, just rode past it being out back together

They have been sat outside since the end of last week, looked quite good with a dusting of snow

Gloomy fact that following the recent "cull" there are now only two GR4Ts left flying:
ZA612/074 and ZG752/129.
May go to three if/when ZG771/133 returns but of course it could replace one of the above.

ZA447, ZA459 & ZD711 - 2 being prepared for road move to Cosford very shortly with the other rumoured to be going for GI at Honington...not sure which is which.
ZA560 currently being prep'd for road move to Wittering for ground instruction.
ZA267, ZA469 & ZA549 stored in 1 hangar

Could you confirm that ZA549 is still stored in Hangar 1 at Marham. Interestingly this thread still has it as scrapped during RTP in 2011. I know it was a G/I frame, but it wasn’t in the WLT Cell in 2017.

Any help would be appreciated,

Ben,

ZA549 was in use for several years by the Tornado Maintenance School as a GI frame. It is now stored in one of the RES awaiting transfer to the BAe Maintenance School at Humberside, date TBN
