12.08l Razor 51 [XI Sqn] can't get into Coningsby due to weather, now diverting to Marham

Now declaring a PAN for minimum fuel

Marham is still colour code Blue, so a lot better than Coningsby

Zenith 14 [3(F) Sqn] might be diverting too, they doing one more approach at Coningbsy before marking the decision
